With three jingle bell buttons and a red plaid fleece scarf, he is prepared for whatever cold he may encounter! His coordinating red stocking hat, also made of fleece, has an adorable tiny bell on top. His black and white body is also a soft fleece-like material so he is literally soft to touch from his head down to this toe! At Christmas, I like to set him on my bay window in my kitchen, among the holiday display that I put out every year. He looks great standing next to the mini holiday tree and vintage Santa.
A friend of mine has a penguin/snowflake theme on her mantle so she places Percival among the greens and snowflake twinkle lights. She has other penguins in the display so Percival looks right at home! I love the idea of a penguin/snowflake mantle because it can remain up beyond Christmas. Theoretically, it could stay out all winter!
