The brown sugar disc is made from natural clay minerals and measures 3"x3"x 1/2". Directions:  Simply soak in water for 15 minutes then place in bag with brown sugar.  Your disc will keep your brown sugar soft for up to 3-6 months.  When the brown sugar starts to harden, just re-soak and reuse.
