Program fee is $185 per child.

How to Register: Registration will begin February 1, 2010 and is on a first come-first serve basis. Enrollment is extremely limited. Registrations are accepted by mail. A child is not considered registered until a written confirmation has been sent by Dalby Farm. The $75.00 non-refundable enrollment fee is included in the total cost of the program. Full payment is due by June 1, 2010. If registering after that date, providing that space is available, the total program fee is due at the time of registration. In this case, all forms and full payment, must be received no later than June 30, 2010. If minimum registration is not met, Dalby Farm reserves the right to combine or cancel program groups.

Any pre-registered, reserved spaces will not be held for participants with unpaid balances and in order to attend, all of the registration forms and program fees must be received by Dalby Farm by the June 1st deadline. If minimum registration is not met, Dalby Farm reserves the right to combine or cancel program groups.

ADDITIONAL registration forms and parental consent forms will be sent out to all program participants as soon as this pre-registration form, along with the $75.00 deposit, has been entered into our system. Once ALL completed forms and program fees have been received by Dalby Farm, written confirmation will be sent out to program participants. It is suggested that ALL paperwork is completed and returned as soon as possible to ensure registration into the program.

All completed forms, with payment, must be received by Dalby Farm no later than June 30, 2010.

* The program fee includes a non-refundable $75.00 enrollment fee. If you cancel for any reason before the program begins, your refund (less the $75.00 enrollment fee) is calculated by the following schedule: 60+ days in advance, 100%; 21 days in advance, 50%; less than 21 days in advance, no refund. All cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds will not be given for incomplete attendance. Dalby Farm reserves the right to cancel or combine any program due to under enrollment. Only in the case of cancellation, a full refund will be given (including enrollment fee).
